Team Objectives: The housing needs of rural communities is a vital consideration for villages and is an area which is being given much attention by Government. The Village Action Plan Questionnaire sought the views of residents and the Housing Team is charged with analysing the data from that questionnaire. We will produce a report on Plumpton’s future housing needs which reflects the community’s wish to see balanced development within the present boundaries of the village. The report will also consider current planning policy, demographic trends and recent developments in nearby communities. All of the findings will be presented to the Parish Council for further consideration.. |
